Exhibitions The Space Between Exhibition
The Space Between is the result of our annual call-out for exhibition proposals on the theme of ‘Worth Fighting For?’. Emerging curator Fay Stevens addresses whether the elusive space and time we crave in our busy world is indeed worth fighting for.
Bringing together a group of artists whose works offer the potential to create space, The Space Between combines films, sculpture and sound.

Theatre
Durrington Amateur Dramatics (DADS) are presenting Aladdin at Durrington village hall on Friday 30th and Saturday 31st January and then again the following weekend.

Ticket hotline: 07554 827 833.

Each weekend is a Friday night show then a Saturday afternoon matinee and another show on Saturday night.

The show is the story of a poor boy, Aladdin, who is tricked into snatching a magic lamp from a cave of jewels for the evil Abanazaar but by the end Aladdin becomes rich and gets to marry the princess! The show is full of the usual pantomime slapstick with comedy songs, sets, jokes and costumes. Last years show was a sell out and we hope to do the same again this year!

All performers and crew are volunteers and the tickets simply cover the cost of production with no profits made.

Hope to see you there!

Pete Robinson.
