Salisbury Rethink Carers Support Group
Our informal group meets every second Thursday of the month, we meet from 7pm-9pm at the offices of Wiltshire Carers Support, 15 New St, Salisbury, SP1 2PH. We support carers of family/friends with mental health issues – child or adult. Carers play an invaluable role in helping people recover from mental illness and they should be acknowledged, valued and supported.

Stay & Play
Stay & Play is a fun play group that takes place every Thursday in term time at Leehurst Swan. Families with children under 5 are very welcome. We have heuristic play between 1.30 and 2pm, with more fun activities until 3pm. It's only £1 including refreshments. We are close to the city centre and have plenty of private parking.

Amesbury Youth Cafe Thursday

Living with Sight Loss Course
Action for Blind People’s Salisbury Team are inviting people with sight loss, their friends, family and anyone who has been affected by visual impairment to enrol on the two-day programme. The course will provide information, advice, guidance and practical skills

Carol Singing - Festive Fundraiser
On Thursday 8th December, late night shoppers in the Old George Mall will be treated to Christmas carols from three local choirs, to help raise funds for the John McNeill Opportunity Centre.

Between 6.30 and 8.30pm, Musical Theatre Salisbury, Salisbury Rock Choir and SP2 Choir will be providing festive tunes, and there may even be mince pies! 

The John McNeill Opportunity Centre is based in Salisbury, and provides support to local preschool children who have disabilities and additional needs, such as autistic spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy and Down's syndrome. In order to keep providing support to the children and their families, the John McNeill Opportunity Centre is heavily reliant on donations.

Different Voices
Different Voices is open to all ages from 10 Years to 60s open to all who like to sing or play Instruments open to all Able Bodied and Disabled open to those with early onset Dementia too.You do not have to be Brilliant but have to enjoy what you do.We will be singing/ playing songs from 1940s through all years to present time and use Backing Tracks if no Musicians joining. We are Not a Choir. We are also looking for a Hall or Room to Hire for Rehearsals if anyone can help.
