Beginning Homeopathy Course
A focused and practical in depth beginners workshop. It would suit anyone from the complete novice or someone who has experience of prescribing at home.
The two day course gives you the opportunity to study, in some detail with interactive sessions
The theory – the what, how and why of homeopathy. This enables you to understand the practice of homeopathy and apply your knowledge safely at home. We have time to look at our role as the home prescriber, examining the innate skills we already possess and those that we can learn. This includes the principle of ‘like cures like’; the totality of symptoms; one, single, minimum dose remedy, the vital force, susceptibility and the direction of cure; with time to examine these in depth to give you confidence.
How and why we become sick – how to stay healthy and when to give a remedy.
Looking at some of the main remedies that you will find useful at home.
Comprehensive course notes are provided.
This course is the precursor to our ‘Advanced Homeopathy Course’ that runs periodically.

Nadder Community Energy: First Green Drinks evening
Nadder Community Energy welcomes you to our first Green Drinks.

Come along for an informal chat and meet like-minded people who share an interest in the environment and renewable energy.

We want to start local conversations about what we can do to address the impacts of climate change and promote environmental issues in the Nadder Valley. NCE had a successful share offer at the end of 2015 to install Solar PV on commercial and agricultural buildings in the Nadder Valley but there’s still much more we can do as a community.

We have started to think about how we could promote energy efficiency, address fuel poverty, work with schools and other local groups to raise awareness and much more. As a community enterprise it’s important that we work closely with local residents and organisations to act together in addressing the issues raised by climate change.

We look forward to seeing you and where these conversations take us.

I, Daniel Blake
