Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions are applied to promotions including, but not limited to 'Spire FM Chapel Promotion' as promoted on and by Spire FM of The Local Radio Company plc (The "Promoter") in conjunction with any specific terms and conditions published as part of The Local Radio Company plc's general terms & conditions.
a) To enter all monthly draws contestants must complete the draw entry form and agree to receive a free weekly promotional SMS message regarding promotions at the Chapel nightclub as promoted at www.spirefm.com/minisite/chapel/
b) The winner of each monthly draw will be notified via the contact mobile telephone number entered into the draw entry form as above.
c) The draw will take place each month as promoted at www.spirefm.com/minisite/chapel/ and the winner drawn at random from the total entries received during the whole promotional period.
d) If the winner is not contactable within 48 hours of the draw the promoter retains the right to pick another winner at random.
e) The draw prize is £200 and there is no alternative available. Payment will be by cheque, made payable to the winner. Alternative payment arrangements may be made at the discretion of the promoter.
f) The draw and all subsequent promotional offers are only available to adults 18 and over.
g) Only a valid passport or driver's license including picture ID will be accepted as proof of age.
h) All promotional offers within the context of the promotion are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
i) All entrants must own the mobile phone used to enter the draw and proof of ownership may be required.
j) To stop receiving promotional SMS messages and retire from the free prize draw text "stop" to 83199 texts will be charged at the standard network rate.
k) Entry to the draw is open to all adults, excluding employees, subsidiary companies and contracted clients, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
l) No correspondence shall be entered into and The Local Radio Company plc's decision will be final.

All participants in any of The Local Radio Company plc.s competitions or promotions will be deemed to have understood these rules, and to be bound by them and shall accept and enter into the competition or promotion subject to these terms and conditions and our general contest terms and conditions which can be accessed at www.spirefm.co.uk.
