It's time to dig those running trainers out once again.

Cancer Research UK’s Race for Life has just opened for entry.

Women of all ages and fitness levels can take part in the event in Salisbury which takes place on July 1st at Hudson's Field.

You can run, jog or walk the 5k route.

Every two minutes someone is diagnosed with cancer in the UK and Cancer Research UK receives no government funding so the money raised through Race for Life is crucial.
