Born 1972 in Westminster London. Lived and worked in London until 2003 as a Chef in various Hotels and Restaurants finishing off at British Airways Concorde and First Class Chef at Heathrow.

I came to Salisbury in 2003 and started work at Southampton Airport as Catering Ops Manager which lasted 5 weeks until I met the then Station Manager of Spire FM In a Public House in Salisbury!

He seemed to like me straight away and offered me my own show on Sunday Nights to get started in Radio, something I had never done before but soon started to enjoy it.

I continued to cover various shifts for other presenters and learnt about presenting and being myself on radio. Eventually I became the first Freelance presenter to cover the Breakfast Show for one week and was moved to permanent Breakfast in 2006.

Whats' your most embarassing moment?  Being caught in the act by my mother (not a good look!) and very embarrassing!

Have you met or interviewed anyone famous?  Cliff Richard, Noel Gallagher, Meg Matthews, Sooty and Sweep  The list is endless but Cliff rocks.

Greatest passion other than radio? Socialising and Cooking.

What are you scared of? Nothing,i'm hard as nails erm actually i meant to say Ghosts,spiders,snakes and flying.

What was your favourite toy as a child?  My cardboard roadway for all my ickle cars.

What was your favourite tv show as a child?  Knight Rider, The A Team, Chips. They really don't make em like that anymore.

What about TV now? Same as above,they're all available on Sky, Yipeee!

Favourite place? The Silver Plough at Pitton and of course Salisbury,feels like home.

Dream job? I'm doing it right now.

What is your most embarassing CD?  Chas and Dave,it was given to me by another presenter, honest!
