Customer Services Administrator required for a first class organisation, excellent communicator with excellent prospects.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual to work as a Customer Services Administrator in an organisation who prides themselves on delivering an exceptional level of customer service for their clients to enable them to be the first point of contact in a leading business.  You will need to be welcoming, approachable and be able to build rapport along with assessing your clients needs and offer a solution where you go above and beyond, always putting the clients needs first.  You will need to be a strong communicator with good written and verbal skills and be a quick learner who is self motivated and works well individually as well as assisting your team members to provide the very best service in a team environment.

2. Order processing and completion of compliance procedures
3. Excellent follow through & high attention to detail
4. A passion for customer satisfaction and going over and above the call of duty
5. Recognising ways to improve processes and procedures
6. Time managed and the ability to work under pressure
7. Excellent communication and relationship building skills
8. A natural sense of drive and determination
9. Computer literate 
10. A strong team player

Salary:
Between £20,000 and £25,000 Per Annum
up to 325,000
