We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team based in a village just outside of Andover.

We are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team based in a village just outside of Andover. This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 8am -5pm.

Working as part of a small office team you would be expected to be very much a team member. Our ideal candidate will be someone who can be flexible in their approach and happy to assist others when required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries, over the phone, face to face and by email
  • Inputting information onto the system
  • Purchase ledger, sales ledger and bank reconciliations using Xero
  • Weekly payroll, using SAGE

Skills and Experience required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Experience using SAGE and Xero would be an advantage
  • Good IT Skills
  • Ability to work within a team

Due to rural location of the office, you will need your own transport.
