An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a recruitment company that specialises in the hospitality sales, revenue and marketing sector.

You will be responsible for a varied portfolio of major hotel groups, working on a selection of assignments within the sales sector of hospitality. The role demands excellent time management, a sense of urgency and knowledge of the hotel industry.

This is a lively and committed team, enthusiastic about building lasting and strong business relationships with clients and candidates from middle management to VP and hospitality owners.

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, your duties will be to:

Taking job briefs, writing and amending job descriptions
Negotiating contracts and tenders
Resourcing candidates and shortlisting candidates
Building relationships with clients and understanding their needs
Talking to candidates and clients, building relationships both face to face and over the phone
Arranging interviews and start dates, giving feedback to candidates and negotiating salaries
To be a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:

Confident IT user, including knowledge MS Office and database experience
An understanding of the UK hotel industry is essential, ideally within sales sector
Confident, professional and proactive personality with the ability to build rapport
Mature attitude to work, ability to work autonomously and delegate to others when needed
A full driving licence is essential alongside flexibility, as occasional travel will be required
Man management desirable but not essential
