This role is with Rowanmoor Executive Pensions Limited, part of the Embark Group. 

 

What you’ll do

In your role as Banking and Payroll Assistant in Salisbury, you will receive a bespoke structured training programme to get you up to speed for this challenging role, coupled with an excellent rewards and benefits package. Our administrators provide a personal and professional service to our clients in a fast-paced environment where efficiency and accuracy are key, ensuring that deadlines and corporate standards are achieved. Successful candidates will be flexible team players and will have a professional, helpful approach.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Dealing with all daily banking
  • Processing the pension payroll
  • Reconciliation of bank accounts
  • Dealing with all other financial transactions to support the Administration teams. The team ensures all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times, and that a high level of customer care is provided. 
  • Ensure that all records and internal databases are fully updated for all transactions where required to meet Company requirements.
  • Respond to a range of queries and correspondence, ensuring all work is processed in accordance with SLAs and internal deadlines

As well as this, you will need to have:  

 

  • Previous office experience within a customer facing administration environment.
  • Minimum GCSE Maths & English grade C or equivalent required.
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent is desirable
  • Strong organisational Skills
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Experience of SAGE 50, making online payments and reconciliation of bank accounts advantageous, but not essential
  • Financial services experience advantageous, but not essential
