TO resourcing are delighted to be working again with an established firm of independent advisers to support them in seeking an experienced IFA administrator.

Working closely with the Office Manager, the sales support administrator will be responsible for carrying out client administration, as well as supporting the Advisers with portfolio work. 

Duties to include:

- Interacting with clients, companies and suppliers
- Welcoming clients and providers to the office
- Prepare client portfolio valuations
- Obtaining client specific quotations and other literature from providers
- Create client reports
- Check new business applications and documentation for submission
- Other such duties as required by the team

- You must have previous IFA Administration experience providing support to Advisers
- Previous experience and knowledge of Pensions and Investment products
- Either hold or be willing to work towards financial qualifications i.e CF1
- You will have a confident and professional manner when dealing with clients, including advisers, fund managers and other providers
- A team player is required as the working environment is such that you may need to work with the team to support each other, so flexibility is key
- Strong administration skills and computer literate - use of Word, Excel and databases

Salary c18-24k DOE
Free parking
It is ideal that you drive/have own transport due to the location of the business
Hours of work - Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (37.5 hours)
Company pension

Between £18,000 and £24,000 Per Annum
