Secret Spitfires Film Showing in Ludgershall supporting Ludgershall Link Scheme

Coming to Ludgershall Memorial Hall on Friday 22nd February, a very special documentary film, Secret Spitfires.
This is the story of how thousands of Spitfires were built in secret in the South of England, by unskilled young girls, boys, women, elderly men and a handful of engineers. Witnesses talk about this never before told story of amazing achievement, set against a backdrop of picturesque English countryside.
Supported by Castledown FM and Ludgershall Town Council Civic Events committee, profits go to the Ludgershall Link scheme.
Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start, with a break for tea/coffee which can be purchased from the bar. Tickets are £6.00 each and are available from the Ludgershall Town Council office which is on the High Street, and is open Monday to Thursday 10am till 1pm.
