"Skandinavia" - A performance of Scandinavian choral music supporting Salisbury Chamber Chorus

About:
A rare opportunity to hear awe-inspiring Scandinavian choral music in Salisbury.

With favourites from Grieg and Sibelius, whose music conjures visions of fjords and mountains, to choral music by Abba's Benny Andersson, not least his moving Royal Wedding anthem and a chorus from the musical Chess, you'll experience everything from Nordic melancholy to exquisite joy.

Featuring the 40 strong Salisbury Chamber Chorus - "the little choir with the big sound", pianist Peter Toye and guest pianist Elizabeth Sweetnam, under the baton of musical director Simon McEnery,

This promises to be a memorable event.
