FESTIVAL OF IDEAS

In the Brexit vote, 73% of 18–24 year olds voted remain whilst 60% of over 65s voted leave, exposing a significant generational divide. If the voting age was lowered to 16, enfranchising over 1.5 million people, what impact would that have on the shape of parliament and the key campaign issues? A panel including Amelia Womack (Deputy Leader of the Green Party) will debate the issue with Wiltshire Creative Young Ambassadors.
