There's no change in our local MP, with the result now declared.

Conservative John Glen has been RE-ELECTED as the Member of Parliament for the area.

He's been representing the area since 2010.

72% of the electorate turned out to vote, slightly down on the last General Election.

  • Tom Corbin (Labour) - 9,675
  • Victoria Charleston (LIberal Democrats) - 10,544
  • Rick Page (Green) - 2,486
  • King Arthur Pendragon (Indepedent) - 745

That's a majority for John Glen of 19,736 votes - an increase of around 2,500 votes on the 2015 result.
