Paul Martin, host of the BBC's Flog It!, is backing the charity's latest fundraising drive.

The challenge is simple - businesses are given £50 from WAA and their aim is to grow that into as much money as possible to give back to the charity in four months time.

It doesn't matter how you get that money increased, as Paul explains:

"The Sky's The Limit challenge is a great way for businesses to support Wiltshire Air Ambulance. All businesses have to do is be creative with the £50 they receive and try to double it, treble it or even more -  the sky really is the limit!

"Businesses are able to involve their staff and customers, by organising one-off events or a series of money spinning activities."

The money raised for Wiltshire Air Ambulance will mean their life-saving helicopter and rapid response vehicles can go out to emergencies around the county

Paul Martin is an ambassador for Wiltshire Air Ambulance, and tells us why he supports the charity:

"I live here in Seend, near Devizes, and in our rural county Wiltshire Air Ambulance is vital - quite simply it saves lives. The charity relies on donations to provide this essential service and has to raise just over £10,000 a day to continue its lifesaving work."

HOW WILL 'THE SKY'S THE LIMIT BE FUNDED?

It might seem like this fundraiser's costing the charity money that they can ill-afford to give away, but it's actually being sponsored by a local business.

Chippenham Motor Company is helping Wiltshire Air Ambulance to make it happen.

Darran McDade, operations director, said:

"As a local business we know how important Wiltshire Air Ambulance is in our county. No-one knows if they will ever need it, but it's reassuring to know that we have a highly skilled team of paramedics and pilots ready to help if required.

"The charity relies on donations to provide this essential service and by taking part in this challenge, businesses can show their support. It's going to be great fun to see who can raise the most!"

As well as the satisfaction of growing the initial investment into a decent donation for Wiltshire Air Ambulance, there will be special awards for the local business that generates the greatest income.

There's a prize for the business that uses the most inventive way of raising the funds too.
