Greig Futcher hosts events which have raised over £45,000 for the Salisbury Hospice charity over the last six years.

After his wife passed away in 2013, Greig became determined to raise money for the hospice after seeing the incredible care Lyn received while there.

The event, which includes a beer and music festival along with a football tournament at Salisbury Rugby Club has proved to be incredibly popular, last year it raised an impressive £14,000.

Greig's events has become so important in the community that planning for this year's fundraiser is already underway.

Nominated by his 11 year old son Freddie, Greig wins the award for "all his hard work and the amount he's raised so far".
