Berwick St John Country Fayre returning to help Stars Appeal

The Berwick St John Country Fayre is back again this year.

The biennial show is taking place on the weekend of 17th and 18th September.

It'll feature steam engines, vintage tractors, heavy horses as well as a military vehicle display and fairground rides plus local beers and terrier racing.

The event is again supporting the Salisbury District Hospital's Stars Appeal.

Last year more than 22,000 people attended helping to raise £33,000 for our hospital charity.

Since the fayre began in 1992, over £200,000 has been given away to charities including Wiltshire Air Ambulance, Bliss, Naomi House, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Multiple Sclerosis, Asthma UK, Diabetes UK, CLIC, and the Dorset Kidney Fund.

Organisers are looking for more local businesses to get involved.
