Who would glue toilet door locks shut in Salisbury?

Millstream Approach Coach Park toilets (Mike Draper)

Two of Salisbury's car parks have been targeted by lock vandals - any ideas what would drive someone to superglue the doors shut?

The toilet locks were glued at the coach park on Millstream Approach (pictured here) and the multi-storey at Culver Street (pictured below) were both targeted at the weekend.

Police believe this happened sometime between 5.00pm on Sunday October 8th, when cleaners locked up the facilities, and 8.00am on Monday 9th, when they went to open up.

It's being treating it as criminal damage and officers say it's fortunate that no-one was trapped inside.

All the locks will need to be replaced because of the damage caused.

CCTV at both sites is now being checked to see if there are any clues as to who might have done this.

If you can help with any information, you can call Wiltshire Police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
