A drop-in session is being held at Five Rivers Leisure Centre in Salisbury for us to speak to senior officers.

Today (Friday October 13th) is your chance to grill senior police officers about how crime's being tackled across south Wiltshire.

There is a drop-in session being held at Five Rivers Leisure Centre in Salisbury.

The event will be hosted by Assistant Chief Constable Kier Pritchard from 11.00am until 1.00pm.

Feedback from the session will be used to determine things like what policing priorities should be, and where resources should be focused.

Salisbury Community Beat Manager PC Matt Holland told Spire FM:

"It's a relaxed and informal event but people can have privacy with officers if they want to talk about something more sensitive. There will be tea and coffee available, so feel free to come and chat to us about anything at all to do with Wiltshire Police, either general policing issues or local issues that are significant to Salisbury.

"With senior police officers, people might want to talk generally about where Wiltshire Police are putting their resources, they might want to speak to senior officers about some of the larger investigations that have hit the press, locally people tend to raise issues in their local community and it's my job to work with local PCSO's to tackle those problems."

The drop-in session takes place today Friday 13th October in the foyer of Five Rivers Leisure Centre in Salisbury, SP1 3NR any between 11.00am and 1.00pm.
