A360 re-opens after earlier problems caused by drifting snow.

A fresh dump of snow overnight and freezing temperatures caused problems on roads in south Wiltshire and west Hampshire this morning (19th March).

The A360 was closed for several hours between Longbarrow roundabout and Airman's corner because of drifting snow.

That stretch has now re-opened after Wiltshire Council cleared the route.

The  A350 to Warminster from the A303 was also affected.

Meanwhile in Chitterne local soldiers helped push vehicles that were stuck in the snow.

There's slow traffic on the A303 Mere by-pass because the B3095 is still blocked by heavy snow.
