These signs have sprung up in Broadchalke over the last few days!

They've got some clever slogans on them - but it's unclear whether they've had any impact on the speeds that drivers take through the village at this stage.

But how did they end up there?

Spire FM has asked Broadchalke Parish Council if they were behind it...

They've said it wasn't them.

The appearance of the signs is a complete mystery - but they're proving really popular!

They've also told us that they've spoken with the local Community Speedwatch volunteers for the village, who said they like them, but they weren't the ones that installed them.

Wiltshire Council aren't behind them either.
