Three Chequers Medical Practice has been advising patients that they can't get through to any of their sites - but the issue's now fixed.

The phone problems were due to a national outage and meant that no calls are able to be taken.

It's been affecting all the following surgeries:

  • Endless Street Surgery, Salisbury
  • St Ann Street, Salisbury
  • Three Swans, Rollestone Street, Salisbury
  • Winterslow Surgery
  • Porton Surgery
  • Harcourt Medical Centre

The problem was resolved just after 5.00pm this afternoon (Wednesday November 14th).

There's a reminder that if you have an urgent need for medical advice, you can call 111, or 999 in an emergency.

It's a problem that's been affecting Salisbury Plain MP Claire Perry's office too - she's tweeted about it:
