Teenagers arrested after Salisbury assault

A 15-year-old and a 16-year-old were taken into custody after the incident outside Debenhams involving a blade.

At around 10pm on Saturday (18th May), a man in his thirties was assaulted on Blue Boar Row.

The victim suffered a facial injury and was taken to Salisbury District Hospital for treatment.

Officers say a blade was involved.

On Sunday (19th May) police arrested two boys, aged 15 and 16, on suspicion of grievous bodily harm with intent in the Friary area of the city.

The pair have both been released under investigation

Police investigations are currently ongoing.
