There are several conditions of entry for the three day event next weekend.

From Friday 28th June until Sunday 30th June, Salisbury will play host to over 150,000 people for the National Armed Forces event.

Hudson's Field will be the main location for the event, with music over all three days.

The Feeling, Kaiser Chiefs and Bjorn Again are headlining Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively.

All entrants will be searched going in and out of the site.

You cannot bring any of these items:

  • Alcohol
  • Opened drink containers
  • Glass, sharp knives or other items of cutlery.
  • Illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs
  • Drones
  • Flammable liquids
  • Barbecues
  • Offensive weapons
  • Unauthorised temporary signage and promotional products
  • Unauthorised items for trading
  • Amplified music/air horns/loudhailers
  • Flags/banners
  • Fireworks/flares/laser lights/smoke generators/Chinese lanterns/candles/kites/naked flames
  • Gazebos/tents/shelters
  • Firearms, explosives, chemical, radioactive or biological substances
  • Rollerblades/skates, skateboards, scooters
  • Any other item that in the opinion of management could cause harm or public nuisance, or could jeopardise the management of the event

You are allowed to bring your four-legged friends, but they must be on a lead at all times.

Guide and assistance dogs are allowed.


Wiltshire Council are encouraging everyone to bring cash to the event.

They are working to bring cash machines to the site but that has not been confirmed yet.

Some vendors will take card transactions, and there is a cash machine at the nearby Co-Operative Food store on Castle Road.


All entrants MUST have a ticket - you can get those here for the Friday and Sunday (Saturday is sold out) for free.

You can either bring a printed ticket or show your e-ticket on your phone.

Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

A challenge 25 policy is in operation at all bars. Anyone who appears under 25 will be asked to prove their age.
