Wiltshire Council has apologised over the confusion after last minute changes were made.

Originally Under 2's didn't need a ticket but last night a post on the official Facebook page sparked outrage from parents after it confirmed everyone attending the three day event at Hudson's Field needed one.

With Saturday sold out earlier this week mums and dads were left worried they wouldn't be able to attend or would have to leave their child at home.

Spire FM contacted the organisers and were told the change was "to account for people on site in accordance with their licence."

Today Wiltshire Council have said sorry for the "inconvenience and confusion caused."


Anyone who hasn't booked a ticket for Saturday is now urged to email details of their booking to

Here's the official line from Wiltshire Council.

"All people attending, including children of any age, require a ticket to gain entry. If anyone hasn't booked tickets for children under two on the Saturday, please can they email details of their booking, including the order number and email address used, to so that we can resolve any ticket issues. The order number can be found in the subject of your booking email."


Anyone requiring extra tickets for under twos on Friday or Sunday can still order them through the ticketing website.

"We're keen for people to gain entry to the event as quickly as possible so that they and their family can enjoy the event without any issues spoiling the occasion for them."

Tickets for adults are also still available for both these days.
