Police are looking to speak to 'independent witnesses' to the incident in Pennyfarthing Street.

The victim was parked up when he's believed to have been threatened by a man who was driving a blue Citroen C3.

This happened back in August, but police have been investigating ever since, and are now looking for more information.

The incident happened at around 7.40pm on Thursday 8th August

Local Crime Investigator Jody Kinge, from Wiltshire South Community Policing Team, said it's believed to have been a targeted attack:

"We do not believe this was a random incident, but instead is part of an ongoing dispute between the victim and suspect.

"Therefore we need to speak to independent witnesses who may have seen the altercation and can assist with our enquiries."

No arrests have been made in connection with this so far.

If you can help police with any information, you're asked to call 101, quoting crime reference number 54190078200.

You can also call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
