Firefighters were called out to Castle Road this morning.

The call came in just before 10.20am today (Monday 18th November), with fire crews from Salisbury and Wilton going along.

We're told a car had hit the building, but no-one was trapped.

Firefighters have now left the scene, but have now handed over the incident to Wiltshire Council.

Their Building Control officers are now assessing the damage to the building.

Salisbury Rugby Club is currently in the middle of having a huge new extension built.

The programme includes new changing rooms for the teams to use on site.
