  • Winchester Street will be shut at its junction with Blue Boar Row

  • Castle Street will be shut to traffic coming into the city centre from Scots Lane

Salisbury Reds is putting on free shuttle buses to and from the city centre for people wanting to go to the light switch on.

They'll start from all five park and ride sites - Beehive, London Road, Britford, Wilton and Petersfinger - from 4.30pm.

Services will run every 30 minutes from 4.30pm, and then every 15 minutes from 6.00pm.

Buses will return to the park and ride sites every 15 minutes from 7.30pm to 9.00pm.

Due to the road closures, some of the bus stops normally in Blue Boar Row will be affected.
