It follows two separate incidents yesterday afternoon, one INSIDE a restaurant.

Wiltshire Police say the charges relate to an incident where a firework was lit near the Christmas Market and a second where one was lit inside McDonald's restaurant on nearby Winchester Street.

A 14 year old boy from Salisbury has been charged with:

    • Throwing a firework into a highway or street
    • Possession of adult firework by persons under age of 18
    • Leaving litter
    • Causing intentional harassment, alarm or distress.

He's been released on conditional bail and is not allowed to enter Salisbury City Centre except in the company of a person with parental responsibility.
