Officers responded after cameras picked up odd behaviour around a vehicle in Brown Street on New Year's Eve.

Footage shows a man who drove to the area changing seats with a female before continuing their journey.

Officers attempted to stop the car, which initially failed to stop before both occupants ran from the vehicle in the Friary.

Both were detained within a short distance.
