Car hits property in Winterslow

The vehicle struck a boundary wall at the property early on Saturday morning - but police found no-one inside the car.

The collision happened on the corner of Clough Lane and Roman Road in Winterslow at around 2.20am on 11th January.

A silver Audi A3 was found by officers at the scene, but the passenger door was open and there was no-one inside.

The car itself has been left with significant damage.

No-one within the house has been hurt.

Wiltshire Police are now looking for anyone who saw the crash, or who might be able to help with information, to get in touch with them.

PC James Bates said: 

"We are seeking any witnesses to the incident or anyone who may have heard anything suspicious around this time in the area.

"We'd also urge anyone who may have CCTV footage or dash cam footage in the area which could help with our enquiries."
