The actress has been visiting Salisbury District Hospital to find out more about the charity's work.

Olivia's been to see first hand how the Stars Appeal is making a difference to patients' lives.

She's spending this morning (Thursday 16th January) going into the neonatal unit, the Pembroke cancer ward and the Breast Cancer unit.

It's through her starring role in Netflix drama, The Crown.

While playing The Queen in the show, some of the filming has been taking place at Wilton House - to recreate rooms at Buckingham Palace.

Wilton House is owned by the Earl of Pembroke, who is also the President of the Stars Appeal.

He spoke to Olivia about the charity, and arranged for today's visit.
