Boy assaulted on busy Salisbury road

An 11 year old has allegedly been attacked from behind by two other teenagers on New Bridge Road.

The incident happened between 4.00 and 5.00pm on Tuesday 21st January.

The victim was walking past the Greyfisher pub, in the direction of Exeter Street at the time.

He was assaulted by two other boys, who were riding bikes down the hill from the Harnham junction direction.

Luckily, the boy wasn't hurt, but he's now reported it to police, who are investigating.

DESCRIPTIONS

The boys involved are thought to be: 

  • Aged 13 to 15
  • White
  • Both with dark hair
  • One was wearing a black tracksuit
  • The other was wearing a grey tracksuit

New Bridge Road is very busy at that time in the afternoon, so Wiltshire Police are hopeful that someone may have seen what happened.
