Fake money used in Salisbury shop

Police want to speak the man in the CCTV image in relation to the incident.

At around 4:30pm on Wednesday 29th January, the unknown male entered the H&M store in the Old George Mall. 

He then paid for a pair of socks with a counterfeit £50 Scottish note, and he then received legal tender as change.

He then asked for change from another fake £50 which he was given.

Anyone who recognises the person in the picture should call police on 101 and quote crime reference number 54200010857.
