It's because roadside drainage works are taking place from today (Monday 24th February).

Between 9am and 3pm until Thursday (27th Feb), one lane on the Countess Roundabout will be closed.

It's set to cause disruption throughout the day, due to the volume of traffic that uses the junction.

SAME AGAIN NEXT WEEK

The work stops for three days over the weekend, but it resumes during the same times next week.

  • 9am-3pm Monday 2nd March to Thursday 5th March

It comes after investigation work for the Stonehenge tunnel project caused problems on the roundabout at the end of last year.

Highways England are advising to allow extra time if you are travelling through the area.
