The premises on The Packway have been empty for a few years now.

A planning application's gone in to Wiltshire Council for permission to demolish the old forecourt and rebuild on the site.

Two retail units and the landscaping that goes with it are planned.

The development is planned for the former Packway Garage land

What we don't know at this stage is which retailers will go into the units.

But what is included in the planning application is details to suggest the stores would be open from 7.00am to 11.00pm each day.

The site would also include 19 car parking spaces.

The site plan from the planning application shows there are set to be two retail units at the site

The plans follow a huge amount of development in the Larkhill area, including house building for military families moving to the area through the Army rebasing programme.

We can comment on the plans directly to Wiltshire Council through their website until Monday 23rd March.
