They're part of the 134 new ones confirmed across the UK in the last 24 hours.

The number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hampshire has risen by two, up to sixteen

There are no new ones in Wiltshire, meaning the total across the county remains at six.

Public Health England confirmed there are now 590 in the UK, a rise of 134 since yesterday. 

That's the biggest daily jump so far.

ADVICE

These are the things the NHS is asking to do, to avoid catching the illness: 

  • Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • Always wash your hands when you get home or into work
  • Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • Put used tissues in the bin straight away and wash your hands afterwards
  • Try to avoid close contact with people who are unwell
