The case that's been confirmed today (Saturday 14th March) is in the Wiltshire Council area.

That means there's now five people with Covid-19 in the authority's catchment, with another two in the Swindon Borough Council area.

As with all the cases, no further details about the age, gender and exact location of the patients are being revealed.

Nationally, there's been a big increase in confirmed cases today, up to 1,140 in total - a rise of 343 in the last 24 hours.

In Hampshire, there's also been an increase in cases today, rising to 44 across the county.
