They say that due to "high levels of absence" some trips have been cancelled today (Tuesday 17th March).

The following journeys will not be taking place on Salisbury Reds buses today: 

  • R1 - City Centre to Salisbury District Hospital 
    13:02, 14:07, 15:25, 16:48
  • R1 - Salisbury District Hospital to City Centre
    13:14, 14:26, 15:41, 16:59
  • R1 - City Centre to Bemerton Heath
    12:30, 13:40, 14:40, 15:58, 17:22
  • R1 Bemerton Heath to City Centre
    12:33, 13:43, 14:53, 16:13, 17:37

The company say that they can't run some of it's Park and Ride trips either because of a shortage of staff

Some Park and Ride buses from the City Centre are also not going ahead: 

  • PR3 to Wilton, Bulbridge and Ditchampton - 14:05, 16:20
  • PR7 to London Road - 13:32, 15:47, 17:53
  • PR11 to Beehive - 12:12, 15:07, 17:16

In a statement on their website, Salisbury Reds said:

"We are doing all we can to keep disruption to a minimum and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience we know this will cause. We have taken this decision as early as possible today, so that you are able to plan your travel more effectively."
