Covid-19: Fordingbridge Museum NOT opening

The local history attraction had been poised to start its new 2020 season.

Fordingbridge Museum has announced it will NOT re-open on 3rd April due to the coronavirus outbreak.

In a message on Facebook, it has said:

"Our absolute priority is the health and safety of our volunteer staff and visitors to the Museum."

"At present we don't know when we'll be able to reopen."

Fordingbridge Museum will not re-open on 3rd April 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The small museum is based in an old granary at King’s Yard on Salisbury Street. Fordingbridge, and is run by volunteers.


The closure of Fordingbridge Museum comes two days after Salisbury Museum announced it was shutting its doors due to the coronavirus pandemic.
