Elizabeth Cordle posted a 4 minute clip on Youtube after she was confined to her bedroom for 7 days.

After showing the symptons of COVID-19, the physiotherapist had to be isolated for a week.

Recently, she had set up a new online video based exercise called 'Corefulness.com', which teaches people about four key stabilising muscles of the body.

When she hit four days of being in a confined space, the 45 year-old decided to record a little self-help video for people going through similar circumstances.

After gaining over 6,000 views in one day, Elizabeth seemed to have made a huge difference to people, with many leaving comments to say thanks.

One user wrote:

"Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the world and giving us all a helping hand in this critical time!"

While another commented

"Thanks Libby for your sensible advice and a great breathing exercise. Hope you're feeling better soon.  Best wishes."

Elizabeth has now coming to the end of her seven days of self isolation but hopes people will continue to be active and use her tips:

"In these weeks ahead I encourage people to be proactive, keepyour body moving, maintain good lung health and stay disciplined."

She launched a free web series about core strengthening to help others who aren't necessarily self-isolating.

Elizabeth also runs Physiofactor in Chilmark, a physiotherapy practice for humans and animals.
