Bosses for the visitor attraction at Ower have said the closure is 'until further notice'.

This also means that the forthcoming opening of Tornado Springs has been postponed.

  • Tornado Springs opening in May has been delayed

VERY DIFFICULT DECISION

The closure and associated postponement is not a decision that has been taken lightly, however, the health and safety of their guests and employees has been made a priority.

The opening of Tornado Springs at Paultons Park in May has also been postponed.

A spokesperson for Paultons Park has said:

Our teams have worked tirelessly over the last 18 months to create a truly unique and immersive experience at Paultons Park and so, although we are disappointed that we cannot open Tornado Springs in May as planned, we are still excited for you to enjoy and experience our new world at a later date.

"We will be monitoring the situation and following the most up to date government advice as the situation evolves and will open the park again as soon as it is fully safe to do so."

"Many thanks for your understanding, we wish you safety and health during this challenging time."
