Emma Powell is encouraging us to get moving while we're social distancing or self-isolating.

She's been speaking to Spire FM as she's set up some online workouts for us to follow from the comfort of our own homes.

Emma's seen much of her work dwindle in recent weeks, due to group classes and gyms being closed to help stop the spread of coronavirus.

Emma will be sharing her workouts every day while the coronavirus crisis continues

She wanted to give something back to the community, and so launched the sessions via Facebook.

They're being posted daily:

Emma's been telling us why she wanted to set up the virtual classes for the foreseeable future:

She's says she's 'massively out of her comfort zone' doing the live workouts, as she's more used to teaching people face-to-face.

But while that's not possible, she's hoping it'll get easier with time.

Emma says her children, 7 year olds Maggie and Kenny and 20 year old Jessica, are getting involved too!

Anyone's welcome to join Emma's classes, you can do that via her Facebook page.
