Covid-19: Salisbury City Council play leaders offer families advice

They're putting together videos with ideas of how to increase physical movement while our normal activities are restricted.

The City Council's Community Activity Leaders would normally work across Salisbury to run play sessions and promote exercise.

But while we're all having to stay at home and continue social distancing, that means some of their work has also had to stop.

So they're now coming up with some games and activities we can do at home to keep us active.

Here's their first edition: 

All of the games they'll be showing us in the coming weeks require minimal equipment and space.

They're also suggesting ways we can make some of the kit needed to play, as an extra activity for families.
