Spire FM is officially Salisbury's #1

Latest figures show audiences in Salisbury are choosing local radio for essential news and information more than ever.

There are now 46,300 adults tuning in to Spire FM each week. 


That is an increase of 6,400 listeners per week compared to the same period last year.

According to the figures from RAJAR, Spire FM is the most listened to radio station locally beating Radio 2 and Radio 4.



Martin Starke at Breakfast is officially the biggest music breakfast show in Salisbury with 31,500 people tuning in every week, that's an extra 4,700 listeners. 



In the last seven days, online radio listening for Spire FM is up 105% on the same time last year.  

With more people in Salisbury working from home, the biggest increases are in Alexa and Smart Speaker listening.
