Emily Van der Lely, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire Regional Manager at the charity Crimestoppers, said:

"This is a despicable, horrific crime and we hope that our reward encourages anybody on this one-year anniversary to come forward to tell us what they know about it. Our charity believes that everyone has the right to walk the streets safely without experiencing harm. We don’t want anybody else to be assaulted by this individual.

If you have any suspicions at all about who may be responsible for this crime, or if you witnessed something, perhaps you visited the travelling circus at the time, please do the right thing and get in touch with our charity. Nobody will ever know you contacted us, only you."

The charity says the reward will be for information that is given directly to them - either online at crimestoppers-uk.org or via freephone 0800 555 111.

Information passed directly to police will not qualify for the reward.
