Officers and the ambulance service are currently dealing with the situation.

Two men have been injured after a serious assault in Salisbury earlier today (Wednesday 24th June). 

Police were called by the ambulance service to Alabare Place on Barnard Street shortly after 1:30pm.

Other than the two injured men, nobody else is thought to have been involved.

Paramedics, including the Air Ambulance, have attended and are treating both men at the scene. 

Enquiries are now being carried out by officers and anyone with any information is being encouraged to get in touch with police.
