COVID-19: No deaths at Salisbury District Hospital for TWO WEEKS

Saturday 13th June was the last time a patient, who had tested positive, for the virus passed away there.

It's been more than a fortnight since the last Covid 19 related death at Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust 

The total number of fatalities there remains at 56

Those figures are correct as of 8.15 am yesterday.

NATIONAL FIGURES:

Across the UK the death toll has reached 43,550.

More then 500,000 have now lost their lives to Covid-19 worldwide.

CASES IN THE LOCAL AUTHORITY I LIVE IN:

As of 4pm yesterday (28th June) the number of confirmed cases for the following local authorities covering South Wiltshire and West Hampshire are:

  • Wiltshire Council - 550
  • Test Valley Borough Council -309
  • New Forest District Council -286
