The film producer needs more space to support his "growing" business.

The Gritchie Brewing Company has produced real ale since 2017 at the 1,200 acre estate at Tollard Royal Guy received as part of his divorce settlement from Madonna.

Due to the company's success he needs to expand the countryside plant at Ashcombe Farm to store more bottles of his tipple!

Wiltshire Council have now given the film director permission to demolish a redundant semi derelict barn and replace it with a brewery store and new bottle store.

Existing materials would be reused to create a decorative finish to the bottle store building.

Two more staff are also expected to be hired as part of the expansion plans.

The company sells beer directly from its website to the public, and also operates a pub called Lore of the Land in London.

Barley grown on the 1,200 acre estate is used as well as water collected on the farm.
