The event has been on hold over the past few months due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

On Sunday 19th July, the Car Boot Sale is to return to Salisbury Market Place.

Social distancing measures will be put in place, to make sure all sellers and buyers are trading safely.

People can turn up to browse items from 9am until 12pm, while anyone looking to sell can get there from 8am

A spokesperson for Salisbury City Council said:

"With free entry for buyers, it costs just £5 per car on the day for sellers and £10 for vans or cars with trailers. Don't worry about booking; just turn up on the day to be allocated your spot on Salisbury Market Place. The Car Boot is on a paved surface in the centre of town, perfect for all weather conditions."
